WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN FAMILY READINESS GROUPS?
You are family!! Every Guardsmen has personal concerns outside of their unit or command. Whether it is parents, siblings, a spouse, significant others or a neighbor…. whomever the Guardsmen considers his or her family allows them to participate in the FRG. As a Guardsmen, efforts should be made to ensure everyone in a Guardsmen’s family is ready to sustain while their Guard member is deployed overseas, in the United States, and in Florida – for short and long term missions as well notice and no-notice missions.
Want to participate in your units FRG? Contact the unit or ask your Guardsmen for the point of contact. Your support and volunteerism are ALWAYS welcome.
